Letโs start with a little information about your background. What was your inspiration and aim behind starting Agency Lab and RISE?
I started Agency Lab and RISE to help aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners get ahead of the competition and make it big. I had the opportunity and luxury to learn and make mistakes, but not everyone does. That is why I decided to use what I learned in my professional journey to teach people and teach them the right way.ย
I knew the knowledge I gained could be beneficial, so I decided to share it. Providing resources to those who have the passion for growing their business is what coaching is all about. This will always remain the core focus of the company.
Your journey has not been the easiest; how did you stick to your path amid all the tough times?
Life is not easy, and it has never been. I faced failure early on in my life, and it helped me more than I can express. Not only did I realize that mistakes can be invaluable learning experiences, but these mistakes also taught me that I couldnโt give up on my passions. Believing in myself, my ideas, and steadfast tenacity helped me stick to my path. This persistence made my companies what they are today.ย
If you had one piece of advice to passionate entrepreneurs out there, what would it be?
I can only give them the advice I wish I had received early in my life. Anyone out there facing their first failed projectโor their fifthโshould know that failure is not a sign to give up. When used properly, you can take what you learn from your mistakes to re-launch your vision. Never let your failures define you or drag you down!ย
